2:30-4:30pmCore Balance Workshop is for everyone. Build your “center strength”. Gain the physical and mental strength needed to stand on one foot with ease and confidence.
Balancing can be challenging. It’s vital to maintain balance for long term health. The workshop includes steps to strengthen your center of gravity, both abdominal and back muscles. Learn to use leg strength. Find space and dexterity in your feet to stand on a solid foundation.
This workshop is open to all, beginning through advanced. Standing tall isn’t unique to yoga. Tap into your center strength both on and off the mat.
