Yoga Adventure Retreat in Chile: summer snow fun
Enjoy Winter in June and July in the Southern Hemisphere. Explore Santiago and Ski in Termas de Chillan while developing a yoga practice to support your adventurous side. No ski or yoga experience necessary to enjoy this trip of a lifetime. We’ll meet in Santiago, staying in a private space in the city center. Then, we take a train ride further south to Termas de Chillan for five days of yoga and snow fun in the Andes. Then, back to Santiago to unwind in the city.
In this intimate retreat we will gain a clear awareness of what’s sustainable and intelligent in our practice. There’s no right or wrong. There is safe and unsafe. Each day includes asana to prepare for a physical day of skiing on the mountain or walking through the city, and restorative yoga in the evening to rejuvenate the body and mind. Create strong and healthy habits that can be applied in any yoga experience. Take the practice off the mat with healthy eating, and personal time to relax.
New to yoga? Coming back to the mat? Experienced yogi? All are welcome. There are multiple options on the slopes, from alpine for the pros, to ski school for the beginners. Dog-sledding, snowmobiles and cross country skiing are also available. The spa is another fantastic option.

Travel Arrangement
Fly into Santiago International Airport (SCL), in Santiago, Chile. It’s recommended that you arrive on the morning of June 26, 2015.
